The winning formulation of Filler 3 contains:
- HYDROLYZED KERATIN regenerates the keratin layers already present in our hair, hydrating and strengthening the cuticle.

- BIOTINOYL TRIPEPTIDE-1: strengthens the eyelashes, makes them more voluminous, stimulates growth, and makes the structure more compact.
- PANTHENOL: prevents dehydration and fragility
Instructions for use:
- To be used after the perming, setting, and tinting process InLei®
- With the help of a brush and quick movements, rub the product onto the natural eyelashes, thus inserting it inside the hair. Let the product penetrate until fully absorbed. Do not rinse.
