For purchases of equipment and/or accessories made via the internet, e-mail or telephone and in any case outside business premises, it will always be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from delivery of the goods (or of the last item for multiple orders), by contacting customer service for return instructions. The goods must be returned at the consumer’s care and expense within 7 calendar days from the date on which the consumer notified MRPMU SRL of their decision to withdraw.

MRPMU SRL will accept only returns of goods in perfect condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the relevant purchase invoice. If the returns are made in accordance with the above, a discount voucher equal to the value of the returned product will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return at the MRPMU SRL premises. MRPMU SRL will not refund either the shipping costs charged with the purchase or the return costs.

Returns of products purchased directly at the Udine premises will normally not be accepted. In particular, once the MRPMU SRL business premises have been left, product exchanges or replacements can no longer be made: it is therefore the customer’s responsibility to check, at the time of delivery, the quantity and condition of the products and, in the event of anomalies and/or missing items/products, report them to MRPMU SRL staff before leaving the premises.

Returns, credits and refunds – B2B Customers

Any return requests made by VAT number holders, if accepted by MR PMU S.R.L. / MR INK S.R.L., will be handled by issuing a commercial credit, purchase voucher or credit note usable for future orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

Acceptance of the commercial credit by the customer constitutes closure of the return process and replaces any possible subsequent request for monetary reimbursement.

The commercial credits issued are not convertible into cash, do not accrue interest and may be used within any time limits indicated at the time of issue.

MR PMU S.R.L reserves the right to assess each return request, dispute or refund individually, in compliance with the regulations applicable to relations between professionals (B2B).
