For purchases of equipment and/or accessories made via internet, e-mail, or phone, and in any case outside commercial premises, it will always be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the goods (or the last item for multiple orders), by contacting customer service for return procedures. The goods must be returned at the consumer's expense within 7 calendar days from the date the consumer communicated their decision to withdraw to MRPMU SRL.

MRPMU SRL will only accept returns of goods in perfect condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the related purchase invoice. If returns are made in accordance with the above, a discount voucher equal to the value of the returned product will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the return at MRPMU SRL's headquarters. MRPMU SRL will not reimburse shipping costs charged with the purchase, nor return shipping expenses.

Returns of products purchased directly at the Udine locations will generally not be accepted. In particular, once you leave the MRPMU SRL commercial premises, it will no longer be possible to exchange or replace the product: it is therefore the customer's responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the products at the time of delivery and, in case of anomalies and/or missing items/products, to report it to MRPMU SRL staff before leaving the premises.
