1. Application of the general terms of sale

1.1 Any purchase order for MRPMU SRL products is governed by these general terms of sale, without prejudice to the right of MRPMU SRL to apply special conditions applicable to purchases made via the internet.

1.2 MRPMU SRL reserves the right to amend these general terms of sale at any time by publishing a new version.

2. Orders

2.1 It is possible to order via:

2.2 MRPMU SRL offers the products for sale subject to available stock at the time of the purchase order. There is no minimum order value overall or for any individual item.

2.3 The prices shown are exclusive of VAT and shipping. At the time of dispatch, the VAT rate in force will be applied and shipping costs relating to the order will be added.

2.4 MRPMU SRL reserves the right to refuse an order, set purchase limits or require advance payment, in particular in the event of unpaid invoices, credit risk or insolvency.

2.5 MRPMU SRL addresses only customers who declare:

• that they are of legal age;
• that they are professional tattoo and/or permanent makeup (PMU) artists;
• that they comply with all relevant requirements in terms of tattoo and permanent makeup activity in the country concerned;
• that they hold all relevant licenses;
• that they are placing an order for goods on behalf of a tattoo studio or other institution that provides customers with tattoo/permanent makeup (PMU) services;
• that the products listed in the relevant order will be used exclusively by professionals of the indicated tattoo studio or other institution providing tattoo/permanent makeup (PMU) services

and that, consequently, they hold MRPMU SRL harmless in the event of a false declaration.

MRPMU SRL reserves in any case the right to take action before the competent courts in the event of false declarations.

3. Delivery

3.1 Shipments are made via Express Courier selected by MRPMU SRL. Once the order has been received, accepted and processed, the time required for shipping is 2 working days for Italy, standard areas served by express courier, and from 1 to 3 days for islands or remote areas with DHL courier, while with GLS courier it is 2-5 working days. When the package is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link through which you can know the exact delivery date.
Delivery will take place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipments abroad are subject to evaluation in relation to the geographical area.

3.2 If the customer, at the time of purchase, requests a delivery method different from those normally offered by MRPMU SRL, MRPMU SRL will charge the shipping amount within the order.

3.3 The risks of loss and deterioration of the goods are transferred to the customer at the time of delivery, or, in the case of transfer of the goods from one place to another, to the carrier at the time of delivery. In the event of force majeure MRPMU SRL shall not be liable for the delay or non-delivery.

3.4 For orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g. USA, UK and other non-Schengen countries), any customs duties, import taxes or other additional costs are not included in the product price nor in the shipping costs.
Such costs are determined by the authorities of the destination country and are entirely borne by the recipient.
MR PMU S.R.L. does not collect or manage these taxes: any amounts will be requested directly by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery.

4. Goods inspection

4.1 It is the customer's responsibility to check, upon delivery, the quantity and condition of the products and, in the event of anomalies and/or missing items/products, to accept the goods subject to inspection of the contents and inform MRPMU SRL within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the products, keeping the invoice and the carrier's waybill.

4.2 After following all the instructions in point 4.1, MRPMU SRL reserves the right to verify any shortages or anomalies and, in agreement with the customer, will provide at its own expense additional products for missing items or replacements in the case of damaged products, or will issue a refund in the case of a return if the goods are returned in their original packaging (without opening the product box, accompanied by the relevant purchase invoice according to the conditions stated in point 5.2.

5. Returns

5.1 For purchases of equipment and/or accessories made via internet, e-mail or telephone and in any case outside commercial premises, it will always be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from delivery of the goods (or of the last item for multiple orders), by contacting customer service for return instructions. The goods must be returned at the consumer's care and expense within 7 calendar days from the date on which the consumer notified MRPMU SRL of their decision to withdraw.

5.2 MRPMU SRL will accept only returns of goods in perfect condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the relevant purchase invoice. If the returns have been made in compliance with the above, a discount voucher equal to the value of the returned product will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return at the MRPMU SRL premises. MRPMU SRL will not refund either the shipping costs charged with the purchase or the return shipping costs.

5.3 Returns of products purchased directly at the Udine premises will not normally be accepted. In particular, once the MRPMU SRL commercial premises have been left, it will no longer be possible to exchange or replace the product: it is therefore the customer's responsibility to check, upon delivery, the quantity and condition of the products and, in the event of anomalies and/or missing items/products, report it to MRPMU SRL staff before leaving the premises.

6. Price and invoicing

6.1 The prices invoiced for the ordered products are those in force on the day the purchase order is issued, including taxes and shipping costs. Shipping costs are indicated separately within the invoice.

6.2 For deliveries to Vatican City, the Republic of San Marino, Livigno and Campione and/or other special-status areas, the buyer shall be responsible for paying customs permits and any taxes or other chargeable fees upon arrival of the goods.

6.3 MRPMU SRL retains ownership of the delivered goods until full payment of the invoice.

6.4 All products may be subject to price changes without prior notice by MRPMU SRL.

7. Payment

7.1 For purchases made via internet, e-mail or telephone, the corresponding invoice amount must be paid in advance by credit card, paypal or bank transfer before the goods are shipped, or cash on delivery upon receipt of the order. Purchases made on site are exempt, and require payment of the full amount when the goods are collected.

7.2 Payment by advance bank transfer means that the order will be fulfilled-shipped only upon actual receipt of the amount.

7.3 Any payment by credit card is due and payable immediately. Credit card data will be encrypted during the transaction for security reasons. The identifying data of the credit card (type, number and expiry date) are neither viewed nor stored by MRPMU SRL; in fact, such data are transmitted over a secure SSL connection directly to the bank, which is responsible for authorizing the payment. In the event of a second purchase by credit card, it will be necessary to re-enter all card details.

7.4 Cash on delivery: valid only in Italy. By choosing this method, payment will be made to the express courier upon delivery of the purchased product: in addition to the product amount and shipping costs, a cash on delivery fee will be charged according to the rates in force. Payment must be made in cash or by bank cheque made out to MRPMU SRL directly to the courier. Only exact amounts corresponding to the order total are accepted: no change will be given. Cash payments will be accepted up to the threshold of Euro 2,000.00 as provided for by current Italian legislation. In the event of failure by the customer to collect the goods, shipping and storage charges will still be applied.

7.6 In order to offer the user Klarna payment methods, at checkout we may transmit the user's personal data to Klarna in the form of contact details and order details, so that Klarna can assess the user's eligibility for its payment methods and personalize those payment methods. The transferred user's personal data are processed in line with its policy.

8. Machine warranty and after-sales assistance service

8.1 MRPMU SRL equipment is guaranteed for 12 months from delivery directly by the manufacturer pursuant to art. 1495 of the Civil Code and according to the terms and conditions in force.

8.2 For any questions regarding equipment assistance, the customer can contact support info@mrpmu.it.

8.3 For anything not expressly provided for in this statement, reference is made to the provisions of the Italian Civil Code.

9. Data protection

9.1 The data provided will be used for orders, sending commercial information, for statistical use and for offers reserved for MRPMU SRL. The data will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) and will not be transferred to third parties, except to the services that will be involved in the organization and management of transport and delivery, used by MRPMU SRL.

9.2 In accordance with art. 7 of the aforementioned Code, it will be possible at any time to request information about one's data, as well as their modification or deletion by contacting MRPMU SRL

10. Disputes

In the event of disputes, the Court of Udine UD 33100 ITALIA shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
