2 Usage methods:

 1st Method

• Apply STEP 1 Perming by Noemi Professional. After the processing time, remove the product with a dry cotton swab.
• Apply a layer of Noemi Intense Step 1.5 Lotion on the lashes or brows along the entire length and leave it on for 5 minutes before moving on to step 2.
• Remove it with a dry cotton swab. 
• Continue with the application of STEP 2 Fix by Noemi Professional.

2nd Method

• Apply STEP 1 Perming by Noemi Professional. After the processing time, remove the product with a dry cotton swab.
• Apply a layer of Noemi Intense Step 1.5 Lotion on the lashes or brows along the entire length and leave it on for 5 minutes before moving on to step 2.
• Do not remove the residue and apply STEP 2 Fix by Noemi Professional on top.
