An additional step in the lamination procedure that revolutionizes hair care and regeneration, thanks to ingredient combinations such as argan oil, panthenol and hyaluronic acid that provide repair as well as a glossy appearance. The lashes and brows become more resistant, elastic and strong.

2 Modes of use:

 1st Method

• Apply STEP 1 Perming of Noemi Professional. After the processing time, remove the product with a dry cotton swab stick.
• Apply a layer of Noemi Intense Step 1.5 Lotion on the lashes or brows along the entire length and leave it on for 5 minutes before moving on to step 2.
• Remove it with a dry cotton swab stick. 
• Continue with the application of STEP 2 Fix of Noemi Professional.

2nd Method

• Apply STEP 1 Perming of Noemi Professional. After the processing time, remove the product with a dry cotton swab stick.
• Apply a layer of Noemi Intense Step 1.5 Lotion on the lashes or brows along the entire length and leave it on for 5 minutes before moving on to step 2.
• Do not remove the residue and apply STEP 2 Fix of Noemi Professional on top.
