Refrigeration

The quality and longevity of PMU pigments play a significant role in the final result of the treatment. Proper storage is crucial to maintaining the quality of PMU pigments. Exposure to extreme temperatures can degrade pigments, so it is advisable to store them in a cool, dry place.

Most artists store their pigments at room temperature. This can vary from salon to salon, with a wide range of temperatures. The BB Box has a cooling effect and can reduce the temperature of the pigments to 10-15°C below room temperature. This ensures the quality and long-term stability of the product.

Rotation

PMU pigments are known to easily form layers in the bottle due to the concentration of pigments in the solution. They must be well shaken before use to maintain the pigment consistency and achieve optimal results after the treatment. It is often very difficult to shake them enough, and up to 50% of artists fail to thoroughly shake the pigment to achieve the optimal consistency before the treatment.

...that is why we developed a rotator inside the BB Box! All you need to do is place your pigments in the device trays and turn it on. The device ensures constant rotation and prevents pigment sedimentation. Shaking has never been so easy!

Ultraviolet light (UV)

A sterile environment is essential to avoid infections that could compromise the results and safety of a PMU procedure. Proper disinfection and sterilization practices protect the client, but also you as the artist. Although all tools used during PMU treatments (as well as the pigment itself!) are sterile, the surface of the used pigment bottle can carry a large number of bacteria and germs.

...that is why we installed a UV light in the BB Box. While the bottles rotate, the UV light completely destroys bacteria and germs from their surface. We take safety to the next level!

The machine is supplied with European plugs and operates on European voltage. An adapter may be required for use in other countries.
