Perma Care Lip Scrub is indicated for professional use before permanent lip makeup treatments, such as lip blush or lip liner. Apply a small amount of product to the lips and gently massage in circular motions to remove dead cells. Then rinse or remove with a damp pad. Using the scrub helps achieve a smoother, more even surface, improving pigment absorption and the quality of the final result. It can also be used as a preparatory treatment in the days leading up to the session, to further optimize the skin's condition.
