The laminating product line by NOEMI allows you to give the desired direction to eyelash and eyebrow hairs, fix their curl, and restore their structure. 

STEP 1 - PERMING

Step 1 perming softens and modifies the structure of natural lashes.

Why do we like it?

Lash application times:

• Thin: 5 minutes;
• Normal: 6-7 minutes;
• Thick: 8 minutes.

Eyebrow application times: 3/5 minutes.

STEP 2 - FIXING

Step 2 fixing locks in the new lash curl achieved with STEP 1 (Perming).

Why do we like it?

• Thick consistency;
• Safe and easy to apply;
• Fixes the new lash curl for about 6/8 weeks.

Application times:

• Lashes - 5-8 minutes;
• Eyebrows - 3/5 minutes.

STEP 3 – NOURISH

Step 3 nourish completes the lamination treatment by giving eyelash hairs shine, nourishment, and protection from external factors.

Why do we like it?

• Lashes appear healthier and shinier;
• With its special formulation, it strengthens, hydrates, and softens lashes.

Lash and eyebrow application times: 3-4 minutes.

How to use Eyelash Lamination:

1. Cleanse the lashes with Shampoo Noemi and rinse with water;

2. Isolate the lower lashes with patches;

3. Choose the curlers of the right size;

4. Place the lashes on the curler using the glue or the super sticky;

5. Apply the Perming 1, making sure the product does not come into contact with the eye mucosa;

6. Wait for the processing time. For thin lashes: 5 minutes. Medium lashes 6-7 minutes. Thick and straight lashes: 8 minutes;

7. When the time is up, clean the lashes with a dry cotton pad and apply Fixing 2 on the same area where you applied Step 1 Perming.

8. The Fixing 2 processing times are the same as those for Perming.

9. When the time is up, carefully remove Fixing 2 with a dry cotton pad.

10. Proceed with lash tinting by applying the dye from the root to the tip of the lashes. It is recommended to use Tinta Noemi, to speed up the process, you can use together with the dye the  Filler Noemi, application time: 3/5 minutes.

11. After the necessary time has passed, completely remove the dye and Filler Noemi from the lashes and apply a small amount of Nourish 3 with gentle movements along the entire length of the lashes.

12. Leave the product on for a few minutes.

How to use Eyebrow Lamination:

1. Cleanse the eyebrows with Shampoo Noemi and rinse with water;
2. Apply Perming 1, evenly on the eyebrows to fix the hairs;
3. Wait for the processing time: 3/5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the eyebrows;
4. After the processing time, gently remove Perming 1 with a cotton pad and spread Fixing 2 on the eyebrows in the desired direction;
5. The processing time for Fixing 2 is the same as for Perming 1, from 3/5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the eyebrows;
6. At the end of the time, carefully remove Fixing 2 with a dry cotton pad and wash the eyebrows with Shampoo Noemi;
7. Draw the desired eyebrow shape using the Noemi white pencil, a ruler with a pre-marked guide;
8. If necessary, proceed with coloring, it is recommended to use Tinta Noemi with activator;
9. Once colored, completely remove the Tinta Noemi from the eyebrows and apply a small amount of Nourish 3 to smooth the eyebrows, leave the product on for a few minutes;
10. Remove excess Nourish 3 with a cotton pad, the product does not require rinsing.
