The INNOVATE by Noemi line does not contain thioglycolic acid, but cysteamine.

How to use Eyelash Lamination:

1. Cleanse the eyelashes with Noemi Shampoo and rinse with water;
2. Isolate the lower lashes with patches;
3. Choose the curlers of the right size;
4. Lay the lashes on the curler using glue or super sticky;
5. Apply Step 1 Innovate, ensuring the product does not come into contact with the eye mucosa;
6. Wait for the processing times. For thin lashes: 8 min, medium 10 min, thick 12 min;
7. At the end of the time, clean the lashes with a dry cotton swab and apply Step 2 Innovate on the same area where you applied Step 1 Innovate.
8. The Step 2 Innovate processing times are the same as those for Step 1 Innovate.
9. At the end of the time, carefully remove Step 2 Innovate with a dry cotton swab.
10. Proceed with eyelash tinting by applying the dye from the root to the tip of the lashes. It is recommended to use Noemi Dye; to speed up the process, you can use Noemi Filler together with the dye, processing time: 3/5 minutes.
11. After the necessary time, completely remove the dye and Noemi Filler from the lashes and apply a small amount of Argan Cream to smooth and nourish. No rinsing required.

How to use Eyebrow Lamination:

1. Cleanse the eyebrows with Noemi Shampoo and rinse with water;
2. Apply  Step 1 Innovate, evenly on the eyebrows to fix the hairs;
3. Wait for the setting time: 8–12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the eyebrows;
4. After the setting time, gently remove Step 1 Innovate with a cotton pad and apply Step 2 Innovate on the eyebrows in the desired direction;
5. The setting times of Step 2 Innovate are the same as the time for Step 1 Innovate, from 8–12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the eyebrows;
6. At the end of the time, carefully remove Step 3 Innovate with a dry cotton pad and wash the eyebrows with Noemi Shampoo;
7. Draw the desired shape of the eyebrows with the help of the Noemi white pencil, a ruler with a pre-marked measurement;
8. If necessary, proceed with coloring, it is recommended to use Noemi Tint with activator;
9. Once colored, completely remove Noemi Tint from the eyebrows and apply a small amount of Noemi Argan to smooth the eyebrows, the product does not require rinsing.
