Particularly suitable for creating ombré effects and chromatic gradients, it can be used over any shade in the LIPS series to emphasize the mucosal area and increase the perception of the lips' natural volume. To achieve the maximum blended effect, it is recommended to apply Moulin Rouge with greater saturation in the innermost part of the lips, creating a gradual transition toward the main color.

Thanks to its high color intensity, the pigment can also be used on its own, allowing for more defined and distinctive results.
