The pigments for tricopigmentation have a hypoallergenic and biocompatible composition, they are stable and specific for the scalp. Compared to the best pigments for semi-permanent makeup and for microblading which are mainly synthetic (i.e., synthesized in the laboratory) and composed of a mix of organic and inorganic substances, the pigments for tricopigmentation undergo an advanced process called “micronization.” The powders that make up the specific trico pigment are encapsulated in a silicone-like membrane that serves a protective function. Thanks to this process, all the pigment particles have the same size. What does this mean? The color will not turn blue or green over time, nor will it tend to spread from the injection site, but it will remain stable. The immune system, moreover, will not struggle to metabolize the pigment. Something that, instead, can happen for example with tattooing.
