Recommended use

Mix the Noemi Professional tint with the chosen activator following the proportions indicated by the manufacturer. Apply the mixture to eyelashes or eyebrows and leave on for 10-15 minutes. A processing time of about 10 minutes allows you to obtain a natural effect and color mainly on the hair, while a 15-minute application ensures a more intense result on both the skin and the hair. For specific needs, the 0% activator can be used to dilute the 3% or 6% versions and obtain customized concentrations.
