NOEMI SOLUTION to activate the coloring process with Noemi Professional hybrid dyes.

3% - standard activator, suitable for eyelash and eyebrow coloring. Allows good hair coloring and also leaves an imprint on the skin. Allows changing the hair color by 2-3 shades, has acidic pH and penetrates to medium depth. Excellent for coloring in blonde or brown shades. Can also be used for coloring during eyelash lamination treatment.

6% - activator for SPECIAL MISSION, more powerful than the 3% activator, first lightens the hair then replaces the natural hair color with the new shade. Suitable for coloring white hairs. 

0% - INNOVATION IN THE WORLD OF EYEBROW COLORING - ACTIVATOR CORRECTOR to create various percentages. Allows you to create activator with the percentage you need. 

• Example: SOLUTION 3% + SOLUTION 0% (1:1 ratio, same amount of SOLUTION 3% and 0%) = SOLUTION 1.5%;
• Example: SOLUTION 6% + SOLUTION 0% (1:1 ratio, same amount of SOLUTION 6% and 0%) = SOLUTION 3%;
• Example: SOLUTION 6% + SOLUTION 0% (1:2 ratio) = SOLUTION 2%.
