Blonde LUXE is a professional pigment for permanent makeup, developed through the collaboration between Tina Davies and Perma Blend. It is a warm taupe with a yellow base, designed to create natural-looking blonde brows on clients with fair skin and cool undertones. Thanks to its balanced composition, this pigment not only delivers soft and realistic results, but is also effective in correcting unwanted color shifts, covering tones such as green, purple, orange, and red.     Blonde LUXE is indicated for PMU eyebrow treatments on clients with light phototypes (Fitzpatrick I–III) and cool undertones, where it is necessary to add warmth to balance the final result. It is particularly effective in shading, powder brows and pixel techniques, where gradual and soft color building is required. Thanks to its yellow base, it is also ideal as a corrective pigment to neutralize cool or dull shifts, restoring chromatic harmony to brows that have already been treated. It can be used pure for natural results or mixed with other pigments to suit the specific needs of the client and skin type.
