The 408 Maroon Red pigment is a professional dermopigmentation shade characterized by a warm, harmonious, earthy dark red. Thanks to its versatility, it can be used both pure and in blends, and it is also particularly suitable for areola applications and camouflage treatments. It is recommended for medium-dark phototypes (IV–VI), on which it delivers its best color performance.

Recommended use:

The 408 Maroon Red pigment can be used pure to achieve lips with an intense and defined color, ideal for emphasizing volume and chromatic depth. Thanks to its structure, it is also particularly effective as a modifier for darkening lighter shades and creating elegant brown nude effects.
To customize the result, it can be mixed with other pigments: for example, combined with 103 Orange it allows for warmer and more balanced lip nuances, while mixing it with 705 Dark Umbra is indicated for areola treatments with greater depth and naturalness. In camouflage, it can be used together with other pigments to achieve three-dimensional and corrective effects.
It is recommended to work with controlled amounts and to blend gradually to obtain the desired shade. Before use, shake the pigment thoroughly, preferably with a pigment shaker, to ensure optimal homogenization and a uniform color result during implantation.
