Phi Lashes Lifting Neutralising Lotion is a neutralizing setting cream and is necessary to complete a crucial phase in the lash lamination process. It locks everything in place to achieve the desired look.

This product helps to separate the lashes and distribute them properly after applying the Lashes Lifting Cream Sachets. It also prevents damage that could occur due to lash curling.

Panthenol coats the hair and seals its surface, nourishing the hair shaft and giving it a shiny appearance.

Additionally, the equisetum arvense ingredient protects the lashes with vitamins A, E, and C.

This product is designed exclusively for professional use.

One package of LashesLifting Neutralizing Lotion contains 10 sachets of 1.5 ml (0.05 fl.oz.) each, one sachet is sufficient for about 3-4 treatments.

HOW TO USE

Apply the lotion from the outer lash line towards the tear duct using a Micro Applicator. Apply a thin layer from 1/3 up to a maximum of 1/2 of the lash length. Consider the hair type before calculating the application time:

• Very thin, fine or colored lashes: 5 minutes

• Healthy and thick lashes: 6 minutes

Then, remove the lotion with a cotton pad without touching the lash tips.

Attention: if you apply the product also on the lash tips, they may burn because they are thinner than the rest of the hairs.

The consistency of this product is liquid.
