The effective formula of InLei® Lash Form 1 perm is based on ammonium thioglycolate, which acts safely and gently on the client’s eyelashes. The alkaline PH of this product allows us to quickly and precisely open the hair cuticles without damaging them, preparing them for the fixing substance.
