2 Usage Methods:

1st Method

• Apply Noemi Professional's STEP 1 Perming. After the processing time, remove the product with a dry cotton swab.
• Apply a layer of Noemi Intense Step 1.5 Lotion on the eyelashes or eyebrows along the entire length and leave it on for 5 minutes before proceeding to step 2.
• Remove it with a dry cotton swab.
• Continue with the application of Noemi Professional's STEP 2 Fix.

2nd Method

• Apply Noemi Professional's STEP 1 Perming. After the processing time, remove the product with a dry cotton swab.
• Apply a layer of Noemi Intense Step 1.5 Lotion on the eyelashes or eyebrows along the entire length and leave it on for 5 minutes before proceeding to step 2.
• Do not remove the residue and apply Noemi Professional's STEP 2 Fix on top.
