Noemi tint is improving and becoming richer! During this transition phase, you may receive tints with the original formula (without direct pigment) and others with the new formula enriched with direct pigments. Both guarantee the same professional quality, but the version with direct pigment makes application more intuitive, showing the final color already during use.

Important: the formula remains 100% unchanged.

The tint for eyelashes and eyebrows is a hybrid product, combining the properties of tint enhanced by henna extract which increases color retention both on the hair and on the skin.

Why do we like it?

• Colors, nourishes, strengthens, and protects;
• Gives the hair fullness, shine, and stimulates growth;
• Also colors the skin, leaving a tattoo effect;
• The pH value is 9-10, meaning it acts inside the hair to color intensely and for a long time;
• Lasts on hair 5/6 weeks, on skin about 8 days;
• Ideal after a lifting, since these colors also care for the hairs after a browlifting;
• Also contains proteins, antioxidants, and vitamin E, which repair damage to hair and skin.

What does it contain?

• Henna extract, for a tattoo effect, it cares for and protects the hair structure and at the same time protects from UV rays and hair breakage, giving fullness and shine while stimulating the hair follicle growth;
• Olive oil protects against dehydration and makes eyelash and eyebrow hairs shine;
• Green tea, strengthens eyelash and eyebrow hairs, stimulating growth;
• Aloe vera, restores lost hydration on dry hairs, strengthens the hair structure, and revitalizes weak hairs;

The tints are to be mixed with Noemi 3% activator.

HOW TO USE:

• Mix the tint with Noemi 3% activator in equal parts (1:1 ratio)
• Apply the tint on eyelashes or eyebrows
• With a 10-minute exposure time, a natural effect is obtained
• With a 15-minute exposure time, an intense effect on the skin is obtained
• Mixing ratio: 1:1 (Solution: colorant)

How does CLEAR work?

CLEAR is a neutral color corrector. What makes it unique is that it can be used in many different ways.

• It can be added to the mixture of any other Noemi color to lighten it by a few tones. (For example, after an eyebrow lamination treatment, where the eyebrow hair tends to darken more easily and absorb more pigment.) How to create the MIX? If CLEAR is mixed with a color in a 1:1 ratio, the tone will be lighter by one shade. If mixed 1:2, the tone will be lighter by 2 shades, and so on. IMPORTANT! First create the TINT+CLEAR MIX and then add Noemi 3% ACTIVATOR at the end;
• It can be used as a healing mask giving more shine to the eyebrow (apply on eyebrows a mix of activator plus CLEAR in a 1:1 proportion, the same amount of CLEAR and ACTIVATOR).
