This Hanafy Thinner can be used to dilute the pigment, it is added to reduce the concentration of the dye, as well as for shading effects on eyebrows, lips, and eyelids. It can be used in the production of mixtures.
Ingredients:
Aqua, Glycerin, Isopropyl Alcohol, Hamamelis Virginiana Leaf Extract.
Directions for use:
Add the desired amount of thinner to the pigment and mix thoroughly.
